Collection: Chocolate

Casa Kakau chocolate is made from cocoa beans using the "bean-to-bar" method. This is a laborious process in which raw, fermented cocoa beans are transformed into an aromatic, pure, and natural chocolate. Every stage of this transformation is carried out in our family factory, entirely by hand, with great attention and care, to preserve authenticity, taste, and an ethical attitude towards nature.

The cocoa for Casa Kakau begins its journey from selected farms in Africa and South America, where the fruits are hand-picked.
The beans are left to ferment naturally and dried in the sun to develop their natural aroma.

They are then transported directly to Bulgaria, with full traceability and compliance with sustainability requirements.

In our solar-powered factory, the cocoa is carefully roasted, slowly ground, and combined with natural ingredients — nuts, fruits, and spices.

After aging, tempering, and hand-packaging, the chocolate is ready.
