Casa Kakau produces its chocolate using the bean-to-bar model – from raw cocoa bean to finished bar in its own factory. Everything is handmade, in small batches, without compromise to the composition, purity, and ethical origin of the cocoa.

From carefully selected farms in Africa or South America. We select the beans ourselves and maintain a direct relationship with the producers.

This is a technology where production does not start with ready-made cocoa liquor supplied by another company. With "bean to bar", we create the cocoa liquor ourselves from 100% controlled cocoa beans.
