Our story began in the autumn of 2016, when we decided to make homemade chocolate from cocoa beans for our son. He has a severe food allergy, so the chocolate had to be free of milk and animal products, gluten-free, and without enhancers, preservatives, and stabilizers. The chocolate turned out to be very successful, and we decided to share the original family recipe with more people who strive to eat healthily and nutritiously.
For us, the concept of producing "clean" products is key to our brand. At its core is our desire to help our child feel normal and enjoy one of the purest and most delicious desserts. Our values are embedded in the brand – "Casa" (house) embodies the family spirit that empowers and motivates our entire team, while reflecting the care, love, and attention with which each chocolate bar is made. The word by which the Mayans called the cocoa fruit - "Ka'kau", shows what lies at the heart of each of our products – cocoa beans from South America.
These principles helped us become the first Bulgarian producer of craft chocolate from cocoa beans with numerous awards from competitions in the UK, Denmark, the Netherlands, Hungary, and Bulgaria. Today, our products reach Germany, Austria, Poland, Romania, Moldova, Dubai, and the USA, while we regularly surprise the Bulgarian market with new products and services.
