1. General conditions

• "Casa Kakau" (www.casakakau.com) is an e-commerce website - sale and delivery of the goods published on it on behalf of "Soleo Bulgaria" OOD.

• "Soleo Bulgaria" OOD via www.casakakau.com has the right to change the prices of the offered goods at its own discretion without prior notice. The user pays the price that was current at the time of placing the order.
Promotional prices are indicated by a corresponding symbol on the product image, with the old price crossed out and the new one listed next to it. Promotional prices are valid only for the specified period.

• If incorrect or incomplete data are provided (address, contact person, telephone), "Soleo Bulgaria" Ltd. is not responsible for failure to fulfill the order.

• The contract with the client is considered concluded after confirmation by "Soleo Bulgaria" OOD of the submitted order.

• "Soleo Bulgaria" OOD undertakes to deliver the requested goods or to notify the customer in the event of circumstances preventing performance.

• "Soleo Bulgaria" Ltd. is not responsible for inaccuracies in the information provided by the client.

• Differences between the visualization of the products on the site and their actual appearance are possible.

• "Soleo Bulgaria" Ltd. is not responsible for technical errors or inaccuracies in the published information, including prices and descriptions.

2. Privacy of Personal Data

• "Soleo Bulgaria" Ltd. processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

• To fulfill orders, it is necessary to provide:

  • email address;
  • phone;
  • delivery and invoice address;
  • postal code.

  • order processing and fulfillment;
  • customer connection;
  • sending information (with consent);

3. Order

• Any order through www.casakakau.com constitutes an obligation to pay.

• Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.

• For the first order, confirmation by phone is possible. For subsequent orders - by email.

• The user receives information about the status of the order by email and through his profile.

• The order constitutes a distance sales contract within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.

4. Prices

• All prices are in BGN and EUR including VAT.

• Prices do not include delivery unless specifically stated.

• Quantity discounts apply to online orders only.

5. Delivery

• Deliveries are made on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

• Free delivery for orders over 40 euros / BGN 78.23 to a Speedy office or address.

• Delivery time: up to 3 working days.

• The customer undertakes to pay the value of the products and the delivery.

6. Problems when fulfilling an order

• May be out of stock - customer will be notified.

• In case of incorrect delivery data, the order may not be fulfilled.

• In the event of an error on our part, the return costs are at our expense.

• If delivery is impossible due to the customer's fault, the order is returned.

7. Payment

• Payment by card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

• With cash on delivery, payment is made upon receipt.

8. Cancellation and return

You can return a product within 14 days under the following conditions:

  • in original packaging;
  • no signs of use;
  • with attached purchase document.
