About Chocolate

This is dark chocolate made from cocoa beans, sweetened with erythritol. The blanched hazelnuts in its composition and those sprinkled on the bar itself, in combination with premium pecans, soften and sweeten for an even more pleasant experience. The combination of the two types of nuts perfectly harmonizes with the rich character of artisanal chocolate. It is distinguished by a long finish and aftertaste.

Where does cocoa come from?

From carefully selected farms in Africa or South America. We select the beans ourselves and maintain a direct relationship with the producers.

What does "bean to bar" mean?

This is a technology where production does not start with ready-made cocoa mass supplied by another company. With "bean to bar," we create the cocoa mass ourselves from 100% controlled cocoa beans.

How is your chocolate made?
