Craft chocolate, stone-ground using an authentic family recipe and a "bean-to-bar" process.
We select the cocoa beans for our chocolates from small farms in South America. We've added aromatic hazelnuts to the chocolate for an irresistible and delicate sensation. A wonderfully balanced combination of the chocolate's floral aromatic notes with the rich aroma and full flavor of the hazelnut.

Where does cocoa come from?

From carefully selected farms in Africa or South America. We select the beans ourselves and maintain a direct relationship with the producers.

What does "bean to bar" mean?

This is a technology where production does not start with ready-made cocoa liquor supplied by another company. With "bean to bar", we create the cocoa liquor ourselves from 100% controlled cocoa beans.

How is your chocolate made?

How to store chocolate?
