Craft chocolate, prepared in a stone mill using an authentic family recipe and "bean-to-bar" technology. We select the cocoa beans for our chocolates from small farms in South America.
To this pure, Bulgarian chocolate, we add the world-renowned Bulgarian rose water and the pearls of the Orient – cardamom pods.
The citrus aroma of cardamom harmonizes with the floral notes of rose without being overpowering.

We mastered the strength of both aromas to make them delicate in combination with the chocolate.

Where does cocoa come from?

From carefully selected farms in Africa or South America. We select the beans ourselves and maintain a direct relationship with the producers.

What does "bean to bar" mean?

This is a technology where production does not start with ready-made cocoa liquor supplied by another company. With "bean to bar", we create the cocoa liquor ourselves from 100% controlled cocoa beans.

How is your chocolate made?
