Drinking chocolate has centuries-old traditions, dating back to the mystical rituals of the Mayans and Aztecs.
Casa Kakau chocolate is produced using authentic technology from premium selected cocoa beans. This pure, 100% natural product contains no lecithin, added vegetable fats or gluten and retains all the health benefits of cocoa beans.

Method of preparation with an espresso machine:
Pour 2 tablespoons of drinking chocolate into approximately 140 ml of milk or water. Stir vigorously.
Heat on the espresso machine's steam wand until thickened. Serve the drink hot in the cup.

Method of preparation on a stovetop:
Pour 2 tablespoons into a pot and use the double boiler method to heat and thicken the chocolate. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and add approximately 140 ml of your choice of fresh or nut milk. Optionally, you can add chili, pink pepper or cinnamon.

This is a technology where production does not start with ready-made cocoa liquor supplied by another company. With "bean to bar", we create the cocoa liquor ourselves from 100% controlled cocoa beans.

How is your chocolate made?
