Craft chocolate with pineapple and coconut

Another favorite combination of flavors - pineapple and coconut.
Large pieces of aromatic, freeze-dried pineapple and coconut flakes remind of the famous Piña Colada. By adding craft, bean-to-bar chocolate we managed to achieve an exceptional combination of tropical taste and lasting finish of cocoa flavor.
