Craft chocolate with Bulgarian rose petals

We make our dark chocolate from cocoa beans in our chocolatery, following an original family recipe in stone grinders. The rose petals we use are harvested by hand, early in the morning from the Rose Valley of Bulgaria. Those special and precious rose petals are the core ingredient of the world-famous Bulgarian rose oil, rose water, for cosmetics and culinary purposes, as well as for our dark chocolate.

Ingredients: cocoa beans, cocoa butter, brown cane sugar, petals from Bulgarian rose (1.4%), Bulgarian rose water (1%).
