Drinking chocolate

The inspiration for our “Drinking Chocolate” recipe came from an over 400 years old tradition. In the early XVI-th century, the chocolate in a form of a beverage arrived to European shores with the Spanish ships returning from America. Initially, it was reserved only for the royal courts, but soon enough chocolate houses began to emerge in large cities. Today, we offer you our interpretation of this old recipe, keeping the core ingredients intact – well-fermented cocoa beans and raw cane sugar.
